All orders are prepared with care and shipped from our fulfillment center within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout for reference.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unworn and unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All return requests must be arranged through Client Services prior to sending any items back. Return instructions and authorization will be provided.

Returned items must include original packaging and tags.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final sale and limited-edition items are not eligible for return.

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued for the product price only. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for sizing-related issues and are subject to availability.

All exchange requests must be arranged through Client Services within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition.

Our team will assist in selecting an appropriate replacement when possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take quality and accuracy seriously.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Client Services within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We will review the matter and provide appropriate assistance.

Payments & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to our shipping, return, and exchange policies.

We encourage all clients to contact Client Services prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Most concerns can be resolved efficiently through direct communication.

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes submitted without first contacting Client Services may result in account restrictions.

We reserve the right to provide order confirmation, delivery verification, and communication records to payment providers when responding to disputes.
